24×7 Mission critical support

With the highest level of service from Infradax, you are assured of 24×7 mission critical support. We call this the Platinum service level. When hardware components no longer function, we will replace them the same day. Within 4 hours of your report, an engineer will be on-site. In addition, we will arrange a replacement system in case of a total system crash. You’re hardware also receives a health check (optional) by a certified engineer.
