From now on, Infradax and Arcus IT are moving forward together. We want to offer knowledge and expertise at the highest level, but also maintain our a regional presence. That requires a certain scale. This step enables us to achieve this and gives us the opportunity to continue developing innovative services. Together, we now have 13 locations and 425 employees. The Infradax management will remain involved as co-investors and will take an active role in the new composition.

Our services overlap, but our portfolio broadens. For example, with additional AFAS and Microsoft Dynamics specialists. The same applies to the sectors in which we operate. Besides a strong representation in SMEs, Arcus also has a strong representation in healthcare, accountancy and cultural SMEs. The philosophy and approach of Arcus IT and Infradax match well.
This step is still subject for approval by the Dutch ACM (Authority for Consumer & Market) and the works councils of both organizations. As the plans move forward. Not much will change for our customers this year, after the approval. We are naturally working towards a future as one organization and the first steps are being made. Whenever changes will be made, you will be the first to hear via our communications.
Arcus IT specialises in IT services such as cloud computing, network connectivity, modern workplaces, managed services and cyber security solutions. The company has over three thousand clients in multiple focus sectors, including accountancy, healthcare, culture and SMEs. Arcus IT has ten offices across the country. Over 250 employees provide IT services with business partners such as Microsoft and AFAS. Since summer 2022, investment company Egeria has been a major shareholder in Arcus IT. To serve clients efficiently, Arcus IT Group has its own Cloud platform and uses public Cloud services such as Microsoft Azure.
