THIS IS HOW OUR PROACTIVE SERVICE WORKS

Proactive management offers your organization – without worry or effort – continuity for the IT infrastructure. We proactively ensure that the work environment continues to function optimally and that it connects perfectly with your business operations. After all, it is always evolving.

We agree on a fixed number of hours per month for periodic management. All maintenance and management is carried out during that time. The fixed hours can only be deviated from if serious and unforeseen calamities occur – which require extra effort. Of course we always do this in consultation. The fixed number of hours is based on the number of servers, branches of your organization and the complexity of the network. If those factors change, the number of hours can be adjusted. So we keep moving with it. Where possible, work is also carried out remotely.

Our Proactive management service can be implemented on different parts of the IT infrastructure. With our management calculator, an estimate can be made of the time required for the following components:

  • Server and storage management
  • Network management
  • Application management (technical and functional)
  • Voice
