The support of our Managed Services goes beyond standard procedures, because we carry out all specified changes (requests for accounts, authorization adjustments, online workplace design), incidents and updates within the fixed monthly amount. The costs of unexpected incidents or changes are also covered in advance. Changes and incidents are solved with our fixed method, based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
