Account Manager DACH region – German,

What will you be doing?

Do you have (inter)national sales experience and do you see a challenge in acquiring new customers for Infradax? Infradax is looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales representative who does not shy away from targets and approaching prospects. Your primary role is to help companies with their IT challenges in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). It is primarily an inside sales function, but depending on the success it will result in increasing (international) customer visit.

Your most important tasks are:

  • Creating and developing strategic alliances with (existing) partners and vendors in the DACH region;
  • Analysing and developing opportunities in the DACH region;
  • Identifying customer issues;
  • Finding and working out suitable solutions with your team;
  • Mapping out the investment risks;
  • Drawing up tenders and following them up by phone;
  • Processing all sales and administrative activities;
  • Good aftersales follow-up, including maintaining customer satisfaction and renewing expiring rental contracts;
  • Visiting vendor events in the DACH region;
  • Contributing creative marketing ideas;
  • Proactively contributing ideas on how to improve business processes, procedures, work instructions, the product portfolio, and customer-friendliness.

Who are you?

  • A performance-driven and proactive approach;
  • Higher educational experience;
  • Good commercial skills;
  • Good communication skills; Native in German and fluent in English;
  • Dutch is an advantage;
  • Work experience in a B2B environment is an advantage;
  • Interest in IT/automation in the broadest sense is an advantage;
  • Initiative and a good sense of humor are important.
